ARC LEVERS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & CLAIM POLICY
To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the ARC Levers Warranty Claim Form in full.
Be sure to include the following:
- A copy of the original purchase receipt
- Clear photos showing the product issue
These items are required to process your warranty claim.
If you do not have the original receipt, a $25 flat fee will apply. This fee covers the repair and return shipping from ARC Levers to you.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not send any product back without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Products sent without an RA# may be refused or delayed.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from ARC Levers unless it is deemed a manufacturer defect.
- ARC Levers is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping.
- If the product is found to be defective due to workmanship, ARC Levers will cover return shipping within the United States only.
Warranty Coverage
- ARC Levers products are only eligible for warranty if purchased from an authorized dealer.
- The Lifetime Unbreakable Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers:The lever bladeThe billet knee that connects the blade to the OEM mount
Note:
The following items are not covered by the Lifetime Unbreakable Warranty:
- ARC Rigid lever blades
- ARC Skinny lever blades
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is void if:
- The product is not used as intended
- The application does not match ARC Levers’ specified fitment guidelines
