ARC LEVERS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & CLAIM POLICY

To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the ARC Levers Warranty Claim Form in full.

Be sure to include the following:

  • copy of the original purchase receipt
  • Clear photos showing the product issue

These items are required to process your warranty claim.
If you do not have the original receipt, a $25 flat fee will apply. This fee covers the repair and return shipping from ARC Levers to you.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not send any product back without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Products sent without an RA# may be refused or delayed.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from ARC Levers unless it is deemed a manufacturer defect.
  • ARC Levers is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping.
  • If the product is found to be defective due to workmanship, ARC Levers will cover return shipping within the United States only.

Warranty Coverage

  • ARC Levers products are only eligible for warranty if purchased from an authorized dealer.
  • The Lifetime Unbreakable Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers:The lever bladeThe billet knee that connects the blade to the OEM mount

Note:

The following items are not covered by the Lifetime Unbreakable Warranty:

  • ARC Rigid lever blades
  • ARC Skinny lever blades

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void if:

  • The product is not used as intended
  • The application does not match ARC Levers’ specified fitment guidelines
