ARC LEVERS RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please complete the ARC Levers Return Form in full.

Be sure to include the following:

  • Your ARC Levers order number
  • Confirmation of RA# issuance
  • Reason for return

These items are required to process your return.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not send any product back without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Products sent without an RA# may be refused or delayed.

Return Window & Requirements
You may return products to ARC Levers within 14 days of original receipt for a full product refund, provided the item is:

  • New and unused
  • In original ARC packaging

Returns received after the 14-day window may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be denied at the discretion of ARC Levers.

Refund Timing
Approved returns will be refunded within 4–5 business days of arrival and inspection.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an ARC Levers error.

Exchanges
If an incorrect lever was ordered by the customer, we will exchange it for the correct model. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If ARC shipped the incorrect lever, we will cover return shipping and send the correct lever. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from ARC Levers, unless the return is due to an ARC error.
ARC Levers is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product was purchased directly from ARC Levers, and
  • A valid ARC Levers order number is provided

Returned products must pass inspection and be verified as new, unused, and in original packaging before a refund or exchange can be issued.
