Return Form

Please fill out the ARC LEVERS Return Form COMPLETELY.

Do not send back any product without receiving a RA# first.

You may return products to ARC within 14 days of original receipt for a full product refund. Lever must be new unused and in original ARC packaging. Anything after the 14-day period is subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be approved for a refund at the discretion of ARC.

Once your return arrives, expect a full refund minus your original shipping within 4-5 business days if approved.

If the reason for the return is due to an error made by ARC, we also refund your original shipping cost.

If an incorrect lever was received and it was due to a customer mistake, we will exchange the lever for the correct one, but customer is responsible for return shipping. If it was a mistake on ARC, we will be responsible for the return shipping of the correct lever and please allow 3-5 business days for lever exchange processing.

It will be the Customers responsibility for all shipping to and from ARC LEVERS.
ARC LEVERS will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products in shipping.
ARC LEVERS will inspect the product and if found to be in new unused condition in original packing the return will be excepted.
ARC levers will only except returns if the lever was originally purchase from ARC levers directly and you have an ARC lever order number.

Please include this form with the product you are returning and a copy of the receipt!

We will NOT accept or warranty product without a valid receipt.
